Dr Catherine Henderson has 19 years of experience in the healthcare communications industry. She has a First Class degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Bristol and a Doctorate in Microbiology from the University of Oxford.

Catherine has worked as a Senior Medical Writer for two leading medical communications agencies, providing services for global pharmaceutical companies on a range of therapy areas. In particular, Catherine has extensive experience writing on cardiovascular, renal, metabolic and digestive diseases. She has expertise in systematic reviews and is a member of the Cochrane Collaboration.

Catherine spends much of her free time knitting and playing piano with her band.

 

George Tew has 6 years of experience in the healthcare communications industry. He has a First Class degree in French from the University of Bristol and a Masters degree (Distinction) in European Literature from the University of Oxford.

Before becoming a medical writer, George worked in journalism and publishing and spent nine years in the UK Civil Service as an analyst on a number of high-profile foreign policy and economic desks.

George has worked on a range of therapy areas including neurology, oncology, gastroenterology, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. He has extensive experience of writing medical slide decks and internal reports, systematic literature review screening and data extraction, data checking, and marking-up references.

George enjoys hitting balls with rackets, reading interesting books and attempting fiendish crosswords.
